Take Epurelia for a full 90 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied, email hello@epurelia.com and we will refund you — even if the bottle is opened or empty. No return form, no restocking fee.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number and the email used at checkout. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged, missing or wrong item

Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it leaves our warehouse. After that, use the 90-day guarantee above.
